Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 on Same Laptop

Ok work got me a new laptop and I had a plan where I could use this as a vehicle to use in those instances when you need a server to do a temp swing or some kind of server to make your migration work. I am getting lazy and did not want to have to carry those temp servers around and got the laptop...
