My family and I just got back from a fun time on vacation. We drove to Galveston TX got on the Carnival Conquest and went to Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel Mexico. We went swimming and interacting with the Dolphins and Stingrays in Grand Cayman, tubing down a jungle river in Jamaica and ocean kayaking and snorkeling in Cozumel. As mentioned it was a very fun time.
One thing the Jamaican guides always was saying was “Yea Mon No Problems” stuck in my head and it made me think isn’t that what we say to our customers? If your not shouldn’t you be? They call in with a problem and don’t want to hear excuses they want to hear it won’t be a problem, Makes sense to me
