Not all SAP public sector projects are going wrong. In fact, Bernalillo County in New Mexico just completed their SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation with 13 modules and over 170 customizations in a 12-month period. Go live occurred on July 7, 2008 and the project is a great success.
