SAP interview preparation is an important topic and I try to write on it when I can. The thing to remember is that by the time you land an interview, you've already done some things right and the hiring manager is already impressed with your resume. Next usually comes a more technical SAP screening designed to ensure you have the technical skills needed. Often that happens on the phone. The most important interview, either by phone for contracts or in person for full time jobs, comes down more to the intangibles of "who is the best fit" for the position. I really do think you can improve your chances in that key interview by doing extra homework on the implementation, the company's business model, and come in with a very specific idea of how you can make a contribution to furthering it. Many interview candidates do not take the time to customize their approach and really make a "business case" for how they can help a particular company. Because others don't do that, if you do that, it can help you stand out.
