"Microsoft defines itself as making SAP “People-Ready,” as if SAP on its own is not people-ready"
I think Microsoft is right. If only we had Microsoft to develop or provide easy development of friendly user interface for SAP, it would not so painful for users of SAP product. And the ERP team in our organisation would have many a good night sleep. I guess it is in SAP's interest for ward off Micrsoft foray into their territory although the SAP interface is marginally acceptable.
I always wonder how is it users esepcially those who have used Microsoft's product, can put up with SAP interface. The ERP support staff are so frighten to connect SAP to anything else. I could not but had to swallow it since well SAP is an enterprise software and hey! you have not choice but to take it.
