Backup Script which integrates with Legato

Anyone use Legato. Erm, me neither, but if you do this guy has written script which allows you to backup a virtual machine while powered on (using the redo of a redo method) and integrates with Legato NetBackup. Only problem is its not free L but it is buttons to buy J. No idea if its any good at all.
