There is a maximum no of anon accounts which is 99 – plus the users get kicked off after being idle for more than 10 mins. You can change these at: HKLM\CCS\Control\Citrix\MaxAnonymousUsers HKLM\CCS\Control\Citrix\AnonymousUserIdleTime
