Project Management And Project Strategy

Posted by: Jaideep Khanduja
project management, Project Plan, project strategy

Without bothering about organizational goals putting efforts in designing a framework for project management would be inappropriate for both streams. An individual is always different from a collective group in an organization. It is organization that rules over individual interests. That does not mean an individual has no entity in the organization but what it implies is that each individual’s collective and synchronized energy forms organization’s energy.

A good strategy can be formulated with help of in-depth analysis of market, competitors, customer’s geographic location, customer’s country political situation and so on. With help of all these factors a refined strategic plan can be designed for each project to take place for different customers customized for each one of them.

Without a proper plan no project can take place in any organization. Refinement of plan comes through two main factors which are organizational strategy and customer’s expectations. Planning is important for carrying out a project to give a commitment in advance before start of the project.
