Aerospace Tool Designer
I worked my way through college as a machinist and ended up being an aerospace tool designer and numerical control machine programmer. With a completely unrelated degree in Social Science, I went into the military, and they were not sure what to do with me (We didn't have a war then). Eventually, I had some IBM AIX training, and the USAF made me a system administrator some years back. I'm back to being a tool designer, now in my own business and I like it that way a lot better. However, I would like to set up my own system to do some of the same kinds of programming I did years ago. I have some interesting legacy software I am licensed to use, but I have some bugs to work out to get an integrated system. By the way, I have absolutely no spare time to work on integrating the system I have in mind.
