		<description>Other than the VERY stringent rules concerning remote access to the nation's PSTN switching, digital cross connects, customer databases, facility databases, blueprints, etc, etc, etc..... yes, there there is much irony.  That matched with the fact that these are all union based companies and any "privilege" you give to one person/group, you must give to all.
