Martin LaMonica, Edison: Free energy-saving PC software

Verdiem offers a free download of their software that monitors desktop Windows PCs and puts them in low-power mode when they’re idle. It’s called Edison. Microsoft and The Climate Savers Initiative are both supporting the launch of Edison.

I can’t believe how dramatically all of the “Chicken Little’s” have picked up the cry of, “The CO2 is Coming! The CO2 is Coming!”

I didn’t hear anyone complain about the H U G E Olymnpic Torch burning throughout the games: That was more CO2 than a city full of cars.

Oh, China doesn’t care about greenhouse - we are supposed to stop breathing (CO2, you know) so China and Russia and India can do whatever they want.

My generation went to the moon and returned safely.
This generation went to the moon (figuratively) and is breathing the air.

We are doomed to our own self-distruction by the “do-gooders” that have bought into the “Global Warming” bull. Excuse me, in my lifetime, “Scientific Concensus” has swung from “Cooling” to “Warming” and back THREE TIMES.

You guys don’t know enough to know how ignorant and arrogant you are.
