		<description>This basically means that there is a need for  "secure cloud" solution providers.  This will be a subset of the cloud computing industry that will service government, financial, defense and other industries that value (and are willing to pay for) high security clouds. Just last month the US Defense Information Systems Agency announced a cloud initiative.  That means the sub-industry formation is well underway.</description>
