		<description>The problem is that a lot of businesses either do not want to use it because it is secure OR not everyone in the business has the same IM. You are right that messaging not being interoperable also presents a problem.

The way around the security issue is to use a enterprise IM service such as Brosix. 

Interoperability - who knows when that will happen - except that more services allow you to login to multiple names/accounts.</description>
