I. I am current a IT Contractor
II. Working currently in Academia
III.& IV. I uses various Tech Target sites to review white papers and refernece post help for various problems.
V. Biggest challenges are trying to stay current with required certifications and also being able to impliment and perform task in the most efficient way possible. Keeping staff educated and making sure procedures are followed across the board.

I am a full time student. I use search storage and search security as well as search networking. I use them for information searches and general learning puroposes. I think the biggest challenge will be getting a job in a market where everyone else has more experience than I do!

3. What Tech Target websites do you use? Google is always my first stop and branch out from there as needed.
4. What do you use that site for? Quick answers for problems I don’t face on a daily basis.
5. What are your biggest work-related challenges? Customer today are demanding a broader range skill set from employees as the market gets tighter employers are looking for people who can function on a multiply level playing field. The days of being just a windows systems administrator are gone. Today you must be able to work with many different technologies such as, VMware, Linux, Windows, Storage Area Networks, switching, V-LANs.
Today if you want to help sell an idea you must be fluent in the lingo and technology.
