As a company developing moible apps (OfficeDrop), we've made the decision to not focus on RIM. We've taken numerous surveys of our user base (mainly small business owners), and a very low % are on RIM's platform (less than 10%), while Android and iPhone together are over 70%. So that is where we will focus our dev efforts for the time being.

I feel like RIM's strategy to not focus on Apps has hurt them. Our customers seem to really want to use Apps as part of their mobile workflow - not the browser, no matter how snazzy the site has been optimized for mobile usage.
