It means we dynamically add engines, memory, and channels worth many millions of dollars to each machine - but a survey will show we REPLACED nothing! It also means the upgrades allow us to process millions more "legacy" transactions per day - WITH NO INCREASE IN POWER, COOLING, OR RAISED FLOOR SPACE! As posed, they aren't very decisive or helpful.
