		<description>Great points!  Another important consideration is when you are managing a project or working with team members from other cultures, get to know them and about their culture!  Too many people just focus on the work because that's the easiest thing to do, and normally there is a common language in the jargon or technologies and processes involved.  Commonalities are a great starting point, but don't stop there!  Proactively grow your knowledge of the people and cultures you work with; it will make your work with them more fun and productive too!
