		<description><![CDATA[Acronyms can be a problem. For one thing, we cover a lot of technology here and the same acronym can mean different things, depending on the platform or technology. We could either force tag use into a specific set of allowable tags - or give our members the freedom to create tags on the fly. We decided to let our readers decide on the tags. That does bring problems, as you mentioned and we do correct, edit or add new tags to questions - but tagging is improving, as people realize they&#039;re much more likely to get an answer when proper tags are used. Thanks for the feedback.]]></description>
