Uploading an image to your profile is simple to do, and it lets other users see who you are! It’s simple:

- Once you are logged in, click on “Edit My Public Profile” in the Dashboard:
Dashboard

- Scroll down to the “Upload an Optional Picture” option:

Upload photo

- Browse your computer for a suitable image. Once you have selected one, click “Save My Profile” and the changes will take effect.

I have been attempting to change my profile picture for a few days now with no success.

I have resized my image to 50×50, and it is at 3.56Kb…and still, the change is not made.

Hi Schmidtw,

It can occasionally take a few hours for profile photos to update, but a few days doesn’t sound quite right. Can you send me an e-mail with the photo you want to have? I’m seeing one now that looks new… or at least newer than the one you had.

Maybe if you refresh or clear out your cache? Let me know.

Jenny

Yeah, ironically it switched over just about 10 minutes ago!

I guess I’m impatient!

Maybe it was because I was previously trying to pull the image from my company drive? I recently put it on my local machine to see if that would work.
