		<description>Yep, that's a good idea. We've considered offering a collection of avatars for members to choose from or allowing gravatars -- or a combination of the two. The problem with gravatars is that the servers can be so very slow. The bottom line is that if our members want it, we'll do it. Right now we're concentrating on our next batch of features that will be live shortly but we'll certainly think about improving the avatar feature, as well.</description>

		<description>Have you thought about putting up a couple of techie-looking images on a page so readers can pick one out for themselves? A penguin, a GNU, a Windows logo, a Mac guy, stuff like that?  Busy people might appreciate being able to do that instead of spending time trying to resize their photo so it fits without looking out of whack.</description>
