It is too bad to read that the contest is open only to residents of the United States. I’m sure there are many people on the ITKE community who live in other countries (like me).

Carlosdl, thanks for your feedback. We would love to have the contest open to everyone but unfortunately, conditions, laws and services differ so much from country to country that it makes it difficult to do so. If anyone has any ideas, we’d love to hear them. Thanks.
