Today’s featured member, Mattcassell, is an IT admin in Nova Scotia. He’s been working in IT for about five years, starting off in basic desktop support. Matt has worked primarily in the financial industry with some experience at a small development company. Spending the past few years focusing on backup strategy and disaster recovery, and completely rebuilt a former employer’s infrastructures into a VMware ESX environment. Matt has found that both his ITIL v3 Foundation and VCP 3.5 certifications have helped with those endeavors. He is currently working toward his MCITP, both SA and EA. From VMware VCP 3.5 to Windows Server 2000-2008 R2, Matt has been using his expertise to share the knowledge wealth with the community.
