Today’s featured member, EFeliciano, is an IT technician down the street in Worcester, MA. Like many IT professionals out there, Eric has always tech-inclined:
I have always been the go to guy when it came to computers or electronics in my family. That helped when it came to choosing a career. I knew where I wanted to go, next step was actually getting there. I started in customer support dealing with different electronics. A few months later I ended up at a depot building servers, a week or so went by and they moved up to configuring the servers.
He’s worked on servers from Microsoft and Linux, and currently works in IT at a non-profit. We’re eagerly awaiting his review of Mrdenny’s Securing SQL Server, so keep an eye out on the Bookworm Blog for it!
