Hi, I have 5 servers each with two HBAs and there are two switches. Storage array has 4 ports. If I want redundancy, how many zoned needed to get redundancy? CX4-120

You just need one zone for each server.  Each zone should include the 2 HBAs and 4 Storage Array ports.

If the switches are not stackable, meaning, you manage them separately, you will have to create two zones; one for each switch.  Assuming you connected the servers and storage array for redundancy, each zone will include 1 HBA and 2 Storage Array ports.
