You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object

Exchange 5.5, Outlook 2003, Address book, Client-server, Email (systems)

All,
I have an exchange 5.5 site, and the users at that particular site recieve this error when attempting to use the Address Book to find recipients in thier site. When selecting the TO button and using the drop down arrow to select the show names from the selection, they select thier site, and they recieve this error: you do not have suffient permission to perform this operation on this object.

The strange thing is that they can list all the users from other sites, and can see the users in the Global Address List. I have seen this once before way back, but I cannot remember if this is an Address Book view issue, or permission specific. PLEASE HELP!!

Thanks!
Dennis

I think I ran across this my self. See if another profile solves the problem. See if this happens in Outlook /safe mode. Try try running outlook /clean* commands
