User Permissions
I want 2 email accounts should be checked by one users. so user1@mycompany.com and info@mycompany.com should be checked by user1. user1 has an account on Active directory but info doesn't have. I have created user1 mailbox and defined it on Microsoft Outlook. He can receive and send email without any problem. For info@mycompany.com, I have defined info Group in Active Directory and assign user1 and any other users (who should check that email) to it, so any email which comes to info@mycompany.com should be received by user1. This is okay but it is not possible to send email from info@mycompany.com in user1 PC it says. Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: test_8 Sent: 2008/09/15 01:38 ب.ظ The following recipient(s) could not be reached: otheruser@yahoo.com on 2008/09/15 01:38 ب.ظ You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator. MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=com/DC=mycompany:DM The exchange server is 2003. Any idea for solving this problem?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Within Exchange you need to give User1 the right to send as the info@yourcompany.com mailbox. It’ll be in the security settings of the info@yourcompany.com mailbox.
