xp pro home network configuration

Network design, Workgroup, Network configuration, Home networks, Windows XP

I have two computers that I am attempting to share files and create a network between them. Computer A and B, I had set up the networking wizard on A and then went to B and set the networking wizard up there. I can see the workgroup computer on computer B and subsequent shared files. I cannot access computer B from computer A, I cannot even see the workgroup computer on computer A. I recieve errors that read `` ______ WORK GROUP NOT AVAILABLE YOU MAY NOT HAVE PERMISSIONS TO USE THIS NETWORK RESOURCE CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR TO FIND OUT IF YOU HAVE PERMISSIONS TO ACCESS THIS RESOURCE.``

Yes that indeed was the problem, after I posted yesterday I decided to check that aspect out and as you say it was a firewall issue. Thank you very much for your accuracy.
