		<description>There are lots of Windows password reset tools around (never heard of ntpasswd - I'll have to check it out...).  If you have a copy of, or access to, or can burn a copy of UBCD4Win, there are tools it contains which will let you access the HDD installation without actually logging in....

(And for those out there who object to me posting this info as a security risk/hacker tool, it's been mentioned in these forums several times and is readily available from a web search....)</description>
