 XML Publisher with Shipping Docs

We are trying to use rtf Templates for our shipping docs. When we launch the concurrent request individually they work great. But when we use Ship confirm (which launches the doc set automatically) the xml is generated but the pdf format is not. Looking at the submitted requests, the layout has not been applied so XML Publisher doesn't seem to know to pick them up... Any suggestions...

We've run into that issue, from what we've been told is that this functionality does not work in 11.5.10, but will be more integrated in version 12. That's functionality we're looking for as well and is a big inconvenience for our warehouse staff that have to go out and run the packing slips separately.

Check metalink, they’ve come out with a patch that allows you to do this now.
