I am getting .net compile errors when trying to access the log in page.  Here is the exception:

Compiler Error Message: CS0234: The type or namespace name 'controls' does not exist in the namespace 'com.citrix.wi' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

Here is my web.config.  this is a brand new installation of the web interface:
