Write Lotus Notes records from a Lotus Notes database to a DataMart in Oracle

I'm new to LEI and I need to write Lotus Notes records from a Lotus Notes database to a DataMart in Oracle. Does anyone know where I should start on this, or if possible can anyone provide a code snippet? Thank you in advance.
