Workitems created on another system (ecc) appear in the CRM agent’s inbox, but Workitems created in CRM do not show
Sap CRM 7.0 and Sap Ecc6.0. In the Sap Gui on CRM all workitems that are created on either system appear, but in the CRM's AGENT's inbox we only get workitems from one of the systems. We either get all CRM created workitems or all ECC created workitems. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
