		<description><![CDATA[usually for a shared printer which is connected to a pc,it will require at least 2 gb of ram. and since ur running on win 7 maybe you would l ike to pump it with at least 3 gb of ram. 

when user(s) cannot print it can be because the ram is not enough and that your print spooler has already hang. by restarting the print spooler everything should work once again.]]></description>
