 Workgroup access rights in my network
In my office we used LAN in Workgroup.Some times i cant access computers.Its shown error regards accessing rights.As a admin what are the rights i can set for the users and how? Please send me the answer because i am a beginner in network.

You can't do much to do with access rights on local machines other than making your own local groups on each machine and manually setting what those groups can and can't access on that machine. You can't allow access for remote resources to users that are not local computer accounts on workgroups. Further restrictions will vary dependant your version of windows.

Why not add a esential buissness server on an HP micro server? They are under 1k and then it will allow you to set up a domain. You can have better control over the machines and it will also allow for central backups and storage.
