You have a few options for that. One option is to setup an SAP batch job running program RSWUWFML2. This sends out standard emails with embedded links which take you directly to the workitem in SAP.
Another method is to setup 'auto forwarding' from your SAP Inbox (business workplace-->settings-->office settings).
