How do you send a copy of only the sheet vs. the entire workbook to someone?

In old school Excel 2002, the only copy I have on my work PC, I use Linux or Mac OS on my home computers, you do the following: File Send to Mail recipient Current sheet as the message body. Alternatively, Right click the worksheet you want to send Click Move or Copy Move to a new Work Book The send that. Hope this helps.
