 Word Print Preview issue
Hi all - Have a very odd issue here. We have a Word 2002 document (sp2) that has a table with 5 columns, 12 rows. They are using color, bullets and some special configuration in this. The problem we have is that when editing the document in print layout mode, when we delete data from the 4th column some of the rows no longer are visible. If I change the default document view from printlayout to normal we can see and edit them. However, if we do a print preview, they do not show up, but when we print the file out, all columns and rows are there, just not in print preview. I have reproduced this problem on at least 4 different computers. Any thoughts ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks! Druuna

Answer Wiki:
Whenever I encounter a Print Preview issue, I found it was a print driver issue. I would first try changing the default printer. If this does not work or you have only the one printer, uninstall the printer and remove all traces of it from the registry. You may want to download a new driver and then reinstall the printer. Hope this works! -Ben
