First the OS is Windows XP, SP3, Office 03 SP2, Exchange 03. The problem is that a user opens an attached word document from an email, then changes the view from reading to normal, when he does this the font shrinks and the margins also shrink. When I say the margins shrink, I mean they show on the document correctly but the entire image just shrinks in the window. Then when he goes to create a new word document it shows up the same way shrunk but correct. If I change his themes setting which is None or no theme, to a theme then change back all is ok until he opens another email. I have checked all the Word and Outlook 03 settings that I can find with no luck any ideas?? The pc is clean, no spyware or viruses.
