 Word Docs in Sharepoint Only Display Watermarks When Checked Out?
Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Watermarks, Word 2003
I have a document library containing MS Word docs. Some of these docs have watermarks in them. The watermark is only visible when the document is checked out, not when it is opened read only. Does anyone know why, or what can be done so that the watermark appears no matter how it is opened? Using WSS 3.0 Word 2003

Answer Wiki:
The document needs to be viewed in Print Layout. Then, the watermark will appear when viewed. The watermark will still always appear when printed.
