Specifically mc-wol 00:26:18:FB:95:B7 runs from my laptop on the kitchen table &amp; wakes up the Homeserver every time. 

mc-wol is from http://www.matcode.com/wol.htm.

I tried a few before finding this one. It&#039;s free, it&#039;s portable &amp; it works!

Your server computer must (1) be in StandBy, (2) WOL via your NIC must be enabled in BIOS and (3) be using hard wire NIC - not a wireless.
