Specifically mc-wol 00:26:18:FB:95:B7 runs from my laptop on the kitchen table & wakes up the Homeserver every time.

I tried a few before finding this one. It’s free, it’s portable & it works!
Your server computer must (1) be in StandBy, (2) WOL via your NIC must be enabled in BIOS and (3) be using hard wire NIC – not a wireless.
