 WMI error (context creation error) for advanced properties of network connection

When i try to open advanced properties of my network connection Windows complains about corrupted WMI, in the C:windowssystem32wbemlogswbemcore.log i noticed latest log entries: (Sun Sep 27 23:18:58 2009.41777203) : CRITICAL ERROR: cannot create contexts: 80040154 (Sun Sep 27 23:18:58 2009.41777218) : Failure to initialize WinMgmt (hRes = 0x8004100A) (Sun Sep 27 23:19:53 2009.41831843) : CRITICAL ERROR: cannot create contexts: 80040154 (Sun Sep 27 23:19:53 2009.41831843) : Failure to initialize WinMgmt (hRes = 0x8004100A) (Sun Sep 27 23:25:44 2009.80390) : CRITICAL ERROR: cannot create contexts: 80040154 (Sun Sep 27 23:25:44 2009.80531) : Failure to initialize WinMgmt (hRes = 0x8004100A) Requesting help

Well, the WMI is running of course, otherwise how it could log the error?
I tried clearing respository b4, did not work.

winmgmt /clearadap
winmgmt /kill
winmgmt /unregserver
winmgmt /regserver
winmgmt /resyncperf

did not help…
