WM inventories
Is there any special procedure to upload invnetories into WM in SAP as initial inventory?

You can up load the same like 561 movement type in Inventory managemnet. Here it will come in the 998 interim storage area with list of Transfer Requirements, then ust LT10 to transfer to respcetive Storage Bins using Transfer Order.
