The DNS and Gateway can be the same, so long as it is set up to forward DNS requests to something else.

But agree with these gents: Ping 127.0.0.1 first, then your gateway then something beyond it to see where the communication breaks down...

Can you ping the router?
Can you ping another system on the network?
Please post an IPCONFIG /ALL from a working PC.
Also, is there a reason to not use DHCP?
What are the IP addresses of each of your systems?

Manually configuring IP addresses and having two systems with the same IP could cause such strange behavior. Either both fail or first connected works.

That "Node Type" is unknown implies a possibly corrupt configuration on this system or a very strange manual configuration.
Most client systems do not enable IP routing so that is OK.

You appear to be connected to the router gateway (Default Gateway 192.168.0.2) which is also the dns server. So I think your problem lies there. It seems that the default gateway is not the first ip address in the subnet 192.168.0.1. Check the default gateways on the PCs that can access the internet, to see if the default gateways are all the same.

Is there any reason for not using DHCP or IP routing. I see they are turned off on your computer.

It is better to allow the proxy thru the AV. or right-click (as Jinteik) u may see settings / options (whatever it is) and change / disable this for the time being and see the result. On ur next reply, it is not clear that, if u were able to ping self i.e. ping 127.0.0.1 or ping localhost. If it shows Reply from..... then it is ok and ensure that the NIC is in good condition.

This looks to be something blocking the Web traffic...... Disable AV and any other possible port 80 firewalls.

If you are using a Gateway product like Proxy make sure the user is in the allow list and that authenitcation is allowed.
