hi all,
is it possible to have one link from a switch to an access point and split the network into two networks a wireless network from the AP and a wired port for a user connected thru RJ45 and still keep it secured.

Security can be applied to the wireless and wired as you would otherwise. I don't see any difficulty.

The holy grail of wireless convergence is to appear seamless between wired and wireless connections. Towards that goal, the wireless is ahead of the wired because you HAVE to implement a NAC (network access) solution for wireless security. If you do the same types of access models on your wired connections, it wouldn’t matter what, where or who connects to your network. You are basically secured at the edge of your network.
