We have a Linksys Wireless-N Router. Is it possible for a Wireless Router to run or detect a computer with a wi-fi USB LAN, if the router has no computers connected to it via Ethernet cable? If possible, How?

It should WORK, but you may have a problem setting it up the first time. I believe you have to do a one-time configuration via an Ethernet-connected PC to set your wireless enabled and set the encryption type/key. Once that's been done (and you have set up for your provider, if DSL), then you don't need an Ethernet to a workstation any longer, even for configuration purposes.
