Got one laptop printing to printer, but can't get others to connect. Get error (hexidecimal 0x000006cc) code, when I try to share  them. What's up?

Software/Hardware used:

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I have found that on wireless networks that installing the correct software directly on each machine is the way to go. Looking at the 3310, the current model, the install directions seem to indicate that you need to connect to the printer via USB cable, then set up the wireless connection after the install.

Thanks for the response. Yes I did add the printer as USB, first. But the problem appears to have been with the security software. spoolsv.exe was blocked. Not sure how that happened. I gave it full access and added the printer and it works.
