Why does my Epson all-in-one wireless printer constantly connect & disconnect to my Belkin N server?

Asus laptop, Epson Artison 730 wireless all in one wireless printer, Belkin N Server

did you set static Ip to the printer? what i know epson printer will go to sleep after a while it is not being used. Is it the same case as yours? maybe you need to check your router settings to see if it drops a connection if its not on a while
