 Winows Firewall issue with Server 2003
I am getting an error message on WIndows Server 2003 SP2, that will tell me "Windows Firewall connot run becuase another program is currently running. Any suggestions how to find what may be running?

You might need to disable de Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) in order to make the firewall work, as it uses the Network Address Translation component. ------------------------

I guess you will need to disable the RRAS as suggested in the answer (not only stop it, but disable it).
