I want when the time convert to new day the time convert change but not change to date example (when the date is 31/05/2008 and time is 11:59 pm this meaning the date will become after 1 minute 1/06/2008 and time 12:00 AM but I want to make the date 31/050/2008 and time 12:00AM and this change in time but no change to date continue for 10 days or when I want to change the time (I have windows 2k3 AD ) meaning every day in same time and date change to time and no change to date make this auto .

why you should do this?
Anyway if you change the time and you want this to be refleted to the whole domain, the change must be done on the server that is authotitative otherwise the change will be reverted after few time.
Consider that in an AD environment the time settings must me the more accurate possible because the replication of the AD is based on the AD time.
Anyway, once you made all of your considerations you can do this by using a batch file that sets the time on the authoritative server.
